恩阳古镇风情商业街位于恩阳古镇西侧,占地9万多平米,设计者根据方案规划设计任务书,设计了临街商铺、局部底商与楼上相结合,满足了商业与自住的条件,同时考虑了休闲、娱乐、食、住等业态的相互关系。在总体布局的规划设计中,遵循总体规划、分布建设、持续发展的原则,突出体验式旅游特点,展现出恩阳人文情怀内涵,达到宣传和发展经济的目的。采用大分散,小集中的景点布置方式,生态复苏与规划建设持续稳定有机结合,确保建设投资与经济效益的良性循环。
Enyang Ancient Town Business Street is located in the western side of Enyang Ancient Town. It covers a land area of over 90000 square meters. Following the assignment book on planning and designing, the designers design out storefronts by the street with merchants on the bottom floor combining with upstairs accommodation so that it can satisfy business and self-accommodation and give consideration to the relationship of leisure, entertainment, food and dwelling. In planning and designing of overall layout, it applies to the principle of overall planning, distributed building and sustainable development, stresses experience-oriented travel characteristics, brings about humanistic sentiment of Enyang and attains the purpose of publicity and economic advancement. It adopts the arrangement form of big dispersion and small-scaled concentration and the sustainable and stable organic combination of ecological restoration and planning and building.
设计上首先梳理本地区独具特色的民俗与艺术以及本区域历史长河中所遗留的种种文化印迹,并在创作中提炼吸收。地域性在某种程度上比民族性更具独特性或专属性,并具有很强的识别性。由于许多极具地域性的民俗、文化及艺术是在相对封闭的状态中发展演变而来的,因而其识别性是鲜明的。
In designing, it starts by sorting out distinctive folklore and art as well as various cultural traces left in the long course of history before extracting and absorbing it in creation. Regionalism outperforms national characters in uniqueness or specificity and shows strong recognizability. As many regional folklore, culture and art are evolved from a comparatively sealed state, it carries evident recognizability.
隐喻主题与符号:设计中以真、行、草为主题,“真”为建筑,“行”为临建,“草”为景观环境追求野趣天成。一街十景演绎风情街,打造“锦里”与“宽窄巷子”之间的情怀,真山真水之间怎能不更胜一筹;
Metaphor and signal: the designing puts authenticity, travel and grass as the theme. ‘Authenticity’ applies for building. Travel applies for buildings. ‘Grass’ is to go after wild pleasure. With one street and ten scenes, a flavor street is demonstrated. The sentiment of ‘Jinli’ and ‘Kuan-Zhai alley’ is molded. It outperforms others in this matter.
建筑风格:重点体现中式古镇水墨画建筑风情,可根据不同主题节点规划民国风情、红色文化、农耕文化、蜀绣丝绸文化等,同时可局部考虑唐、宋、明、清、江南水乡、现代中式等融入不同文化,色调明快、优雅的水墨画建筑风情;
Architectural style: it emphatically reflects architectural style in buildings in the ancient Chinese town. It can be divided to style in the Republic of China, red culture, tillage culture, Sichuan Silk culture and so forth with different cultures being added to factors in Tang, Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties, water villages in regions south of the Yangtze River and modern Chinese style. It demonstrates architectural style featuring bright color and elegance.
建筑业态:亲水商业街、四合院、会馆、客栈、主题酒店、美食街、购物一条街。以2层和3层建筑为主、局部4层、少量1层、个别标志性建筑或主题酒店可考虑5-6层;
Architectural business types: waterfront business street, quadrangle dwelling, guide hall, lodge, theme hotel, food street and shopping street. They are dominated by two-storey and three-storey floors. Some have four floors and an iota of them have one floor. Some landmark buildings or theme hotels can have five to six floors.
建筑形态:形态体现、亭、台、楼、阁、院、廊、柱、灰墙、瓦面、牌楼、戏楼、木框架式结构、亲水栈道、广场、码头、石板步行街、寺、山、石、池、园、溪、桥、画、雕、工艺美术、中式园林、局部日式风格、码头、现代风格、夜景、庭院式的组群布局。
Architectural form: embodiment of forms, pavilion, building, tower, yard, aisle, column, grey wall, tiling, memorial gate, theatrical stage, rack and panel structure, waterfront trestle, square, wharf, stone-plate walking street, temple, mountain, rock, pool, yard, brook, bridge, painting, sculpture, technique, Chinese-style garden, partial Japanese style, pier, modern style, night scene and yard-like cluster.
总体建几个主题文化及景区:军民鱼水情主题广场、休闲戏楼主题文化广场、桥下文化广场、码头文化广场、四川特产商业广场、四季岛音乐景区、人工瀑布景区、长堤柳岸景区、佛教主题文化艺术长廊、景观停车场、汽车电影院。各街道建筑风格总体差异不大,各文化主要通过景观、标示交流、导示交流表达设计中考虑到此风情商业街将作为永久建筑,设计中遵循水利部门的河坝水位线范围要求,如有超出河坝范围的建筑部分,将以纯木临时建筑结构出现。
Several theme cultures and scenic spot of the building: square with friendship between the masses and the army as the theme, square with leisure theatrical stage as the theme, square with bridge culture, square with wharf culture, business square with Sichuan specialties, music scenic spot in the Four Season Islet, Artificial Waterfall Scenic Spot, Scenic spot with willows, long artistic corridor with Buddhism culture, landscape parking lot and automobile cinema. Streets do not contrast one another in overall style. Culture is demonstrated through landscape, exchange and expression. As this business street is taken as permanent building with its designing in compliance with requirements on waterline required by the Water Department. Building beyond the range of the dam would show up as pure wood temporary buildings.
