本设计将售楼处融入西安古城文化，以新中式风格为主线，结合传统元素，营造出兼具现代与传统韵味的空间氛围。主色调以红色及深色木纹为主，象征着喜庆和吉祥，体现了中国传统文化的底蕴。地面采用石材和地毯，既保留了传统的质感，又增加了空间的舒适度和温暖感。空间主要划分为接待区、沙盘区、品牌展示区、洽谈区、办公室、会议室以及儿童活动区。接待区以古朴的装饰和热情的服务迎接客人，沙盘区展示项目规划，将古城文化融入楼盘设计，吸引客户的眼球。品牌展示区通过展示古城文化和楼盘特色，展现项目的价值和魅力。洽谈区和办公室采用传统的家具和装饰，营造出浓厚的古城氛围，为客户和销售人员提供私密性和舒适的交流环境。会议室配备现代化设备，为项目的推广和销售提供便利。儿童活动区设计亲子互动的场所，让家长和孩子可以愉快地参观售楼处。整体设计融合了西安古城文化的韵味，为客户带来了独特的购房体验，彰显了项目的文化底蕴和品质。

This design integrates the sales office into the ancient city culture of Xi'an, with a new Chinese style as the main theme, combined with traditional elements, to create a spatial atmosphere that combines modern and traditional charm. The main color scheme is dominated by red and dark wood grain, symbolizing joy and auspiciousness, reflecting the essence of traditional Chinese culture. The ground is made of stone and carpet, which not only retains the traditional texture, but also increases the comfort and warmth of the space. The space is mainly divided into reception area, sand table area, brand display area, negotiation area, office, conference room, and children's activity area. The reception area welcomes guests with quaint decorations and enthusiastic service, while the sand table area showcases project planning and integrates ancient city culture into the design of the property, attracting customers' attention. The brand display area showcases the value and charm of the project by showcasing the ancient city culture and the characteristics of the property. The negotiation area and office use traditional furniture and decorations to create a strong ancient city atmosphere, providing customers and salespeople with a private and comfortable communication environment.
