本项目位于山东青州市中心繁华地带，旨在为青年群体提供一个现代化的生活空间，既适合居住，又满足创业需求。公寓配备全套家私，注重营造小资生活环境，追求时尚明亮、生态科技的设计风格。在室内规划装饰上，强调温馨感，让居住者感受到家的舒适和温暖。公共活动空间是设计的重点之一，包括健身房、娱乐室、咖啡厅、共享会议室等，为住客提供了丰富多样的社交和休闲选择。健身房配备先进的器材，满足居民的健身需求；娱乐室提供各类娱乐设施，丰富居民的业余生活；咖啡厅是社交和休闲的理想场所，为居民提供舒适的聚会环境；共享会议室则为有创业需求的居民提供了便利的工作空间。整体规划设计充分考虑了青年的生活需求和社交活动，打造了一个充满活力和活跃氛围的现代青年社区。
